3 cups flour
2 cups of white sugar
1 tea spoon baking soda 1 tea spoon cinnamon
1 tea spoon salt
Place in the bowl of the mixer:
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tea spoon Vanilla extract
Slowly add the dry mix while mixing on low speed.
Add in three ripe banana’s. ( 2 cups) a small can of drained pineapple ( 8 oz) and 1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
Bake in 20 min in 3 9’pans.350 F of 180 C
Let the cake cool completely.
Beat 1 pack of butter creamy, add 1 pack of creme cheese, some salt and vanilla extract. Beat in 3,5 cups of confectionars sugar. Spread icing between the layers of cake and on the sides and on top. Add extra nuts on top of the cake.
